Refund and Returns Policy

Our ticket refund and returns policy lasts until the date the event has passed. If the event has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled event. You may cancel by email ([email protected]), please include your order number. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the event. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.

If I am unable to attend I understand that I can transfer to a friend.

If an event has been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances (eg bad weather), a full refund or choice to move event date will be issued. If your event has been cancelled, please contact us to either move date or request a full refund via email [email protected], please include your order number.


Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
