Dos:
- Do Wear Appropriate Footwear: Please wear comfortable socks.
- Do Make Sure Skates Are Correctly Tightened
- It is advisable to Do Wear Gloves If you can bring along with you.
- Do Use Skating Aids if Needed: We provide penguin skating aids for young children or beginners. (These are limited and come on a first come 1st serve basis)
- Do Listen to the Staff: Our attendants are here for your safety; please follow their instructions.
- Do Skate In An Anti Clockwise Direction
- Do Skate at Your Own Pace: Feel free to take it slow—there’s no rush!
- Do Have Fun and Enjoy the Experience!
Don’ts:
- Don’t Run on the Rink: It’s slippery, so running can lead to falls and injuries.
- Don’t Sit On Or Climb Over The Safety Barrier
- Don’t Skate At Excessive Speed
- Don’t Smoke, Drink, Or Eat On The Ice
- Don’t Drop Litter On The Ice
- Don’t Carry Babies Or Young Children On The Ice
- Don’t Skate In Chains Of More Than Two
- Don’t Carry Handbags/ Any Bags On The Ice
- Don’t Cut Across The Middle Of The Rink
- Don’t Play Tag
- Don’t Consume Alcohol Before Attempting To Skate
- Don’t Push or Shove: Be mindful of others, especially younger children.
- Don’t Leave Young Children Unattended: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
CHILDREN
Please Note, A Child Is Defined By Age And Must Be Under The Age Of 14.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by and adult.
If A Child Does Not Have Any Proof Of Age, It Is The Discretion Of The Ice Rink Management As To Whether A Child Or Adult Ticket Is Required.
Management Holds The Right To Refuse Entry And Ice Rink Managements Decision Is Final.
No One Under The Age Of 4 Years Old Will Be Allowed On The Rink.
4-14 Year Olds Must Be Accompanied By An Adult Skater (who is 16 years old or over) On The Rink.
Management Reserves The Right To Refuse Entry/ Eject Patrons From The Rink Without Any Refund.
Personal Belongings Are Left At The Owners Risk.
Assumption Of Risk Skaters And Spectators Are Deemed To Have Knowledge Of And Assume The Inherent Risks Which Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following: Injuries Resulting From Collision Or Contact With Other Skaters. Injuries Resulting From Falls. Injuries That Involve Objects That Are Properly Within The Intended Path Of Travel Of The Skater. Injuries Resulting From Wet Flooring.
High Risk Groups Skating Is Not Suitable For: Pregnant Women Or Anyone With A Heart Condition.
